Senior Estimator
Role Overview
The Senior Estimator will lead the preparation and delivery of accurate, competitive, and commercially sound tenders for a range of construction projects. Working closely with the Pre-Construction, Commercial, Design, and Operations teams, the role involves managing the estimating process from initial enquiry through to tender submission.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead preparation and submission of complex tenders.
· Review tender documentation and identify risks and opportunities.
· Prepare cost plans, estimates and tender analyses.
· Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries and negotiations.
· Support value engineering and tender handovers.
Requirements
· Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related discipline.
· 8–10 years estimating experience with a main contractor.
· Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
